Motivations of “The God Murders”

“The Controversy I know about God Is Contained within the Bible.”

The God Murders (my website) takes issue with the Biblical God character (fictitious or not) – based on what the multi-error Bible documents about its insane God.

That’s my focused topic and its issues. The God Murders displays my selected, controversial documented Bible C&Vs and my debatable issues with them. It documents topics like: God’s Evil Deeds / Did Jesus Christ lie / God On Trial / The Atheist Maker. I accept debate on them and I rarely get enticed, moved or tempted off these topics.

This work began in 1982, as a study to determine if the Biblical God’s documented Bible C&V history could be responsible for why mankind treats mankind so badly. After discovering incriminating C&V facts, the study turned into an investigation. Consequently, the investigation produced enough C&V evidence to make a strong prosecution proving the Biblical God (fictional or not) to be the greatest villain influence of mankind. The controversial C&Vs jumped off the pages of the Bible for me. I highlighted them and documented them in my computer(s). Those selected, controversial Bible C&Vs, with commentary made up the current The God Murders website. As long as one Bible exists, this documented C&V evidence will not go away. It has been often suggested that I write a book – or books. No. This is free Bible C&V documentation – for all who can handle it. The God Murders is Copywriter. I initially began this intense Bible study for myself – by myself in 1982. I then realized that whatever I do in my life – only for myself – dies with me. So, I created “The God Murders” website to share the now 15,000 + hours of study and debate with others so that the study and debate may live on beyond my life cycle. I started writing The God Murders trial in 1994. I did The God Murders video in 2004. The God Murders website exposes selected, controversial C&Vs throughout much of the Bible.

Concerning The God Murders trial – the Biblical God’s crimes and deeds against mankind – do you hold any reasonable doubt as to God’s guilt? If so, does your doubt concern God’s documented C&V crimes or is it your programmed fear for your own supposed eternal life? Will your fear cloud your judgment? In this case, you are your own judge and jury. Courage now: How do you find?

How Do You Find?

“The God Murders” consists of 180 C&V. Are they all lies? Am I a liar for selecting them? Charges of murder have been made based on Bible C&V evidence. Is any Christian stand-up enough to even try to serve their God as His defense attorney? How is a real Christian defined? What does a real Christian choose to do? Would the Christian’s effort, explaining each murder charge, be enough to please the Biblical God on judgment day?

If I Do Not Believe In God – Why Do I take Issue With God?

We Atheists do NOT have to prove that the Biblical God does NOT exist. This fictitious character’s LACK OF EXISTENCE proves IT DOES NOT EXIST.

Here is my answer: Because the debate of – Does the Biblical God exist or not? – still won’t go away, I went further to expose what the Bible documents by Chapter & Verse (C&V) what this God consists of and what evil, murderous deeds this God is documented to have done.

It does not require a true believer’s approval because it is all valid Bible C&V.

However, if believers do not believe those valid C&Vs, then they prove not to believe the Bible.

Should believers feel that those selected, controversial C&Vs are presented in error – yet they refuse to correct the Bible C&Vs that I take issue with – then believers have nothing valid to complain about concerning those selected, controversial C&Vs.

At the bottom of every page of The God Murders website, I ask for any corrections, feedback or comments to be emailed to me. I receive thousands of emails. Over the years, some have found my errors and have submitted valid corrections. When any correction is valid, I change the website to correct my error – and I sincerely thank the individual who submitted the correction.

My motivation and view is: If any believer, with a conscience, learns to know these controversial Bible C&Vs, he or she will probably not be so interested in believing in, worshipping, promoting, supporting, or financing this insane God-Character – whether this murderous Character be fictitious or not. How many people view the Biblical God to be just, fair and good? Be honest and be careful now. Where is your evidence that God is just, fair and good? Outside of the myth of creation, can you list what goodthings that the Old Testament God did for someone – without hurting another? Does your list turn out to be short and weak? Do you find yourself not taking the challenge? Outside of the myth of creation, can you make a “The Biblical God Did Good” list of any merit?

I’ll help start a list for you:

The Biblical God allowed some old women to have children that God had previously made barren.

The Biblical God gave Solomon wisdom. Solomon used God’s wisdom to have 700 wives and 300 concubines. Solomon then used God’s wisdom to worship other gods before Solomon died. Because Solomon abandoned the Biblical God before his death, I personally view that Solomon’s wisdom proved effective.

Can you think of any more? With all the “God-Hype”, preaching and indoctrination you have experienced, you should be willing and able to produce a high quality list of God’s “good” deeds.

But, if you are honest, you cannot. What does that say about the Biblical God? Are you sure that the Biblical God is really the personal God in your heart or are you just afraid to claim that “It” is not?

Perspective: Ego and God are synonymous. If you described your personal god in depth and to the finest detail, your god would probably look very much like you.

Reflect: Is the Biblical God (fictional or not) your God-model? If so, why do you require an insane, evil and murderous model? If you feel you need the Biblical God, ask yourself why? Are you an evil person who needs an excuse to hurt others or are you a good person who lives in fear of the promise of “Eternal Torment” and denies it? How could anyone believe in this God and not be afraid of “It”? How could “Eternal Torment” be a just punishment for any crime? How could a good God send you into “Eternal Torment” any more than you would send your pet to suffer for eternity after it died.

Is the personal god in your heart the same as the God of the Bible? If not, keep the god in your heart for you have probably invented a much better god than the insane, murderous God depicted C&V in the Bible. Just don’t be a hypocrite and insist that they are the same. If you do insist that they are the same, you are probably a very dangerous Human Animal towards other Human Animals.

Can You Describe In Detail “The God In Your Heart”?

I was once asked: Gary, why are there only some C & Vs that you take issue with? Why don’t you address the good things?

That’s a fair question. I have found that no practicing believer will address nor take issue with the controversial and contradictory Bible C&Vs that I take issue with. If I did not display “the other side”, those C&Vs would never be known. Hypnotized, mind-set believers tend to read over those controversial C&Vs without any mental-emotional impact. Ask them what they read and they would be at a loss. Ask them what those C&Vs meant to them and they would change the subject or get angry.

I didn’t write those C&Vs. I am not responsible for the content the Bible documents within its pages.

Why believers are offended when those C&Vs are displayed is beyond me as they are documented Bible C&Vs. Is my work paraphrased? Yes. Out of context? Sometimes. Believers constantly complain about that – but believers never bother to correct the C&Vs in question.

Why is that?

The biggest reason for The God Murders website is for non-believers to have Bible C&V knowledge that they do not care to research themselves. Then, when imposing believers try to threaten them into conversion, they have some knowledge as to what they are being pressured to convert to.

I hope this answer is thorough enough.

Concerning the “good” things in the Bible, I do not believe in the miracles the Bible describes. So, I do not acknowledge nor promote them. That’s as honest as I can be. My knowledge of the Bible indicates that these miracle claims are not factual in reality. Yes, they may be “true” to you, but I don’t believe them. On a personal note, neither the Biblical God nor Jesus Christ are characters that I would care to spend eternity with. Jesus said in Luke 19:27 “And, as for those, Mine enemies, who would not have Me be King over them, bring them before Me and slay them.” I could never support such a tyrant. My reasoning is all included in The God Murders website. There is where my best answers to your questions are documented.

Christian believers often state: I’ve found no evidence that God murdered anyone in the Bible. Only an insane person would infer that my God murdered anyone. Others declare that their God had the right to murder anyone at anytime. Believers often condone this God’s actions as if they were actually cheering Him on, often, even if it hits home. Many believers are still of fear-based monkey-mind. Often, when acquiring power, these Christian (conquer and subdue the Earth) believers are not very humane or law-abiding. They prove to have little mercy on foreign people – especially of other races. They put God above the law as they would themselves, their family or friends. When tested, most passive believers feel some commitment only to their home, work, family and a handful of friends. They often fearfully pray for immunity from God’s punishment. The Biblical God has terrorized the masses, by threat of “Eternal Torment” to worship Him. Governments, who demand obedience, capitalize on their hypnotized population’s fear of God.

Is the Biblical God your “God of Love”? More realistically, is the Biblical God fictitious? Are the Biblical God’s believers, supporters, worshippers, and financiers living in a fantasy world? Do they coattail a phantom “conquer and subdue” hierarchy that makes them feel powerful and important? If so, is it any wonder that many Presidents, Kings and favorite sons have gotten away with rape, murder and other crimes?

I view that exposing what the controversial Bible documents, C&V, about its insane God is a contribution to value, integrity and substance.

My conclusion is: “The Biblical God is not a good God and the Bible is not a good model for humanity”. It is time both were retired to the Smithsonian Institute Library as the worst models of mankind. GWD
